No. Partner-managed students log in using a unique User ID and PIN — no email address required. Parents can optionally receive performance reports at a stored email address.

Yes. From your portal you can disable a student's account with a single toggle. They will be unable to log in, and you'll receive an email confirmation. You can re-enable them at any time.
You'll see a seat usage bar in your portal. When it's full, a one-click upgrade request goes to our team. We process upgrades within one business day and your new discount kicks in immediately.
In the Reports section of your portal, select any student, choose a time window (30, 60, or 90 days), preview the subject-by-subject breakdown, and email it to any address — including the parent email stored against the student.
